Standard Refund Terms
Products purchased from Hostwebo may be refunded only if canceled within 30 days of the transaction date. If a client violates applicable laws or Hostwebo’s Terms of Services, any payments made will not be refunded.

- Hostwebo Email
- Priority Support
Products Not Eligible for Refund
- Redemption Fees
- Domain name registrations
- Domain Name Renewals
- Domain Name Transfers (if the transfer is successful)
- Privacy Protection
- SEO Toolkit
- SEO Marketing Panel
- Other extra digital services provided by Hostwebo
Refunds are not provided for any products or services suspended, canceled, or terminated due to abusive usage or other violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Refunds to Balance
Refunds are typically provided to the original funding source, but customers may opt for a refund to their Hostwebo Balance to use on another service. Refunds to the balance are irrevocable.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination, and the account will be blocked, with data possibly lost. Users must verify the payment method and cover all applicable fees to resume services.
