Step 1: Log in to Plesk #

  1. Open your web browser and go to the Plesk login page.
  2. Enter your credentials and click Log in.

Step 2: Navigate to the Statistics Section #

  1. In the Plesk dashboard, locate the Statistics option in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click Statistics to view your resource usage.

Step 3: Monitor Disk Space Usage #

  1. In the Statistics section, check the Disk Space panel.
  2. You’ll see the total allocated disk space, how much is used, and a breakdown of usage by service (e.g., web files, logs, mail, backups).
  3. If usage is nearing the limit, consider:
    • Deleting unnecessary files or logs.
    • Cleaning up unused email inboxes.

Step 4: Monitor Traffic Usage #

  1. In the Statistics section, find the Traffic panel.
  2. The panel shows the total traffic allocated and the amount used.
    • Traffic includes website visits, FTP transfers, and email activity.
  3. If you are on a limited traffic plan, monitor usage regularly to avoid overage fees.

Tips for Managing Disk Space and Traffic #

  • Disk Space: Regularly clean up logs, unused files, and email inboxes to stay within limits.
  • Traffic: Monitor traffic patterns if your site experiences high visitor numbers or frequent file downloads.
