Adding a new domain or subdomain in Plesk is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Log in to Plesk #
- Open your web browser and go to the Plesk login page.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click the Log in button.
Step 2: Navigate to the Websites & Domains Section #
- Once logged in, find the Websites & Domains tab in the left-hand menu or on the main dashboard.
- Click on it to open the domain management page.
Step 3: Add a New Domain or Subdomain #
- To Add a New Domain:
- Click on the Add Domain button.
- Enter your domain name in the provided field.
- Choose the subscription or hosting type for the domain (e.g., website hosting, forwarding).
- Click OK to save.
- To Add a Subdomain:
- Click on the Add Subdomain button (usually available in the same section).
- Enter the subdomain name (e.g.,
blog.example.com
). - Select the parent domain under which the subdomain will be created.
- Click OK to save.

Step 4: Verify Domain or Subdomain Setup #
- After saving, the new domain or subdomain will appear in the Websites & Domains section.

Tips #
- Ensure that the DNS settings for the domain are correctly configured to point to the Plesk server.
- Use the File Manager or FTP to upload website files to the newly created domain or subdomain folder.
